I cannot commend Heartfelt Home Care highly enough for the level of service and quality of care they have provided for my Mother over the past 6 weeks since she fell.
It was our first experience of needing care like this, and they made the process so easy.
Joanna and Jane have asked all the right questions and really listened to the replies in order to find the right people to help, even at short notice. It really felt like they put Mum at the top of their priority list.
The carers, who have lived in, have been delightful: kind, helpful, courteous and good company. They have helped my mother to regain her confidence, so she now feels able to cope with living alone once more.

Earlier this year my mother was badly let down by sub-standard care provided by two of the largest care agencies in the country – so much so that her doctor recommended that we look for another care agency (As a family we learnt an important lesson: a big or well-known care company does not guarantee you good care)
And so it was that Joanna O’Malley and Heartfelt Home Care came into our lives.
Talk about manna from heaven.
It became immediately apparent that Joanna and the carers she introduces operated on a completely different plane. Their level of care, compassion and respect for my mother’s dignity was a revelation and consequently my mother responded immediately to their charm, common sense and old-world manners, with the result that the daily doctors’ visits became a thing of the past and her health improved dramatically.

I am very happy indeed working through Heartfelt Home Care, joining at a time of great personal turmoil, Joanna was particularly kind and supportive, even at our first meeting, when I was upset, Joanna gave me a very welcome hug and showed such concern. Right from the start I really was shown nothing but respect and kindness, not only from Joanna, but also from the rest of the team. The communication has also been second to none, and support has always been there when needed, via email, text, or phon and I have never been put under any pressure from Joanna or anyone at Heartfelt Home Care to take on any clients which didn’t feel comfortable.
